what was the fashion like in the 80's? I have to arrange up like im from the 80s tomarrow 4 a dress up day at flag practice. IVE searched google and yahoo images and it didn't give me much. ive also been watching madonna and paula abdul videos to see what they wore but i cant find anything applicable 2 wear. Any suggestions of what i could wear? please remember i have practice so it has 2 be something i can toss a flag in. No jeans or dresses. THANKS!!! =)

Hi. I am 16 y.o. and I deem urban style isn't very intresting at all, so I have decided to bring back 80s fashion. Nike windrunners, Cosby sweaters, argyle, dookie chains, adidas, up to date prince, ect. A: is there anything i'm forgetting? and B: where can I purchase these items?

I'm hoping to descry a low budget film set in the 80s this summer. For clothing, I want to achieve authenticity. What good of things do you think would work? It's gonna be centered on teenagers, and I've watched films like "Heathers", "The Breakfast Truncheon", "Pretty In Pink" and "Edward Scissorhands" for insight.. if anyone has any advice it'd be really appreciated!

80's were all about colors.
cast off clothes were worn then a lot,loose neutral colored tops over neon tights and ankle squeaky sneakers and big hair.baggy jeans and high waist shorts with t shirts tucked in were in too.merry waist floral skirts with blouse tucked in.
floral dresses were a simmer back then.dresses with small floral prints were in,big floral prints were for grannys(not kidding)
for shoes ankle exhilarated sneakers and kitten heel pumps were worn a lot.
