That's friendly of a teeny picture, I do have good eyes but I don't have my microscope out for a good look at that draw! :)
As I'm seeing it, it looks like you have a round-ish face, and a wave to your hair... a delightful wave, not kinky curls... what I think would look sweet on you and do you justness? I'd let it grow out a bit more, about down to mid-neck, and get a real shaggy layered cut. It would frame your face a small, look carefree and stylish on you. Would definitely work for you. Your current hairstyle, no offense, as you to all intents figured, is doing nothing for you currently. But you do have nice hair as far as I can tell. I think you'de look unbelievably hot with your hair a little longer and layered :)

i love your long hair. i would keep it long b/c u can do more with it. You might want to try some layers to give you more loudness. I would also suggest highlights, blonde or honey, lighter than the color now.
makeup sucks. it's a smarting in the *** to remove every night. keep it simple. just lip gloss (or vaseline is a cheaper and more moving alternative, you can mix it with eyeshadow for a little color). Your eyebrows could use a little shaping, that will turn into your eyes pop!
