Does It Make You Uncomfortable To Have A Man Style/cut Your Hair?

Women can retort, but curious to know what the men feel. I try to make men feel comfortable in my chair, but many man are leary of letting a men cut and style their plaits.

It's funny how ppl assume men who are stylist are gay. I keep this in look after when approaching a male client. I usually start asking about their lives a bit and add somewhere in there that I'm married and have kids. This puts them at inch, but it's sad really.

Any men who this would completely freak you out, whether the stylists was obivously straight?

Well I in reality think it depends on your personality. You really have to make someone feel comfortable and be self-satisfied w/ your self. I know a guy I went to school with had a few male clients who wouldn't go to him because he was a guy but other who took the fate were glade they did and always requested him next time because he is funny and a really good stylist and mane cutter. Some ppl who are not open minded end up missing out on a great stylist for many of reasons. Longing I helped.

My man is in the end stylish but is using a tatty old record bag to carry his stuff around in, I want to get him a expedition style black soft leather man bag at a reasonable price but it's starting to be a struggle? any ideas people?

Harrods. They tell on a brilliant selection of good quality man's bags. And contrary to opinion, they're not all priceless.

I'm looking for suggestions on what you ponder are the top five items of style every man should own (e.g. dark blue jeans, white tee shirt, leather bomber jacket, wool top layer, cuff links, etc.) and why. Not necessarily looking for brands (though suggestions are welcome), but a broad idea of what every man should own.

Would A Woman Ever Wear A Man's-style Hat In The 1950's?

Fedora's are in dernier cri for men and women nowadays. Would a woman of the '50's under any circumstances ever wear a man's-style hat, or would it be completely fantastic, like wearing trousers? What if she was a beatnik?

No, because there were more than enough women's hats at one's fingertips in the fifties, including many fedora styles made for women. Her fedora would have been fitted to her forefront completely and it would have been softer felt and probably adorned with a feather. At that time the women's hat reckon on would have been the largest department in a store. Women of that era were always buying hats and the average women of the 50's would have owned more hats than pairs of shoes. It was considered bad appearance for a woman to go out of doors without a hat so every woman had a wardrobe of hats to choose from. In the beat era the commonplace french felt beret was the hat of choice. She would wear it with capri length pants and a strict sweater or short white blouse. That was the alt-look of the era. A true rebel would have pooped no hat at all, in an era where everyone wore hats all the time going hat-less was the best way to thumb ones nose at communal ideals. And if you search for pictures of fifties era beatniks, you'll notice many girls are hatless and have their skin of one's teeth either long and loose or in slick pony-tails.

What Kind Of Style Do Women Like A Man To Have?

Do women like a man to have 1 spelt style like he wears one brand of shirt, one brand of pants wears the same cologne and always wears the same color. or do women like a man who has a strange style everyday?

I like a man to have a shed weight different style everyday, I want him to dress for the occasion, if its not a special day dress down but keep it glossy, if its a special occasion then dress up, a casual cool look, something nice. but not the same brand all the once upon a time, cause it just doesn't matter as long as he feels good.
