How Can I Make My Style Look Japanese-street Fashion-ish Without Buying New Clothes?

I need like, a sort of gongoru/decora look without buying any new clothes, and spending as spot as possible on accessories and such.
I mate those kinds of clothes! I don't know about clothes (maybe learn how to sew and then add on to the clothes you already have) but to act as if get by acessories get some clay and varnish. Make little charms for bracelets, neclaces, etc. and then bake. When it is done varnish them and you will have somewhat jewellary.

I was never actually good in fashion and with whats cute and whats not, so...any ideas on what to look for and whats cute?
What looks lovely is whatever you are most comfortable and confident in - regardless of the 'fashion rules'. Right now, bright colours are in, painterly prints/spot prints, neutral/khaki, florals and anything else that you are feeling! I have to annoy a school uniform (khaki,grey or black pants with white ashen or black collared shirts) I don't wanna look trendy (EVERYONE wears skinnies and tiddly abercrombie shirts) but i wanna look put together and fashion forward. Please help!!!

i need a new wardrobe. i wore the same thing since 6th grade.
