I'm talking about one that you absolutely design yourself pick the pattern and color--not one where you choose a piece of clothing and pick the color for exemplar pick the "long dress" and color it "flotilla blue" one that is like real life it would also be nice to have a topic to develop on if possible but more importantly a model selection or client with a photo of the client or scale model for inspiration. -- to make it feel like real life but a elementary fashion game like in the question should be worth while.

i've been designing clothes since i was a insignificant girl and now i want to sell them because i want to know how good i am at this. I think i am very top-notch, sometimes i recognise on runaway my designs designed by others and i feel good and bad at the same time.

You would have to copyright your designs, which would likley payment you more than they you can make selling them. No designer "sells" their designs. You either assembly them yourself, or you work for a design firm and get paid a salary.
