I've been looking around online and in publication but it just seems to be kinda all over the place. I saw on a fashion site that exposing bellies were back in fashion...which kinda made sound out cause I thought it was more of a no-no. Is this right? What are the basics of the fashion trends for Spring/Summer 2009?
