I've noticed that designers like Immediate ,H&M, and a couple others have put elbow pads on some of their men's clothing. Are they in style or a new trend starting?

I am almost 5 feet improbable, 83 pounds, and still don't wear a cup bra, just a training bra, which sucks since I am 15. Anyway, I after to look cute/hot at my school dance. What style of dress should I get? And should I get a padded bra to help fill it out?
I'm the same as you. For my eight rank prom I'm going to get a strapless dress thats box shaped.
Don't get a halter because it's build you look even flatter. And if you're getting a strapless make sure its goes right across and doesn't dip in or has a slit or anything.
And since your wearing a strapless you're gonna have to get an adhesive bra since you probably don't after your straps to be showing.
